I’m a writer who is passionate about wellness and technology. There is nothing that I love more than helping someone tell their story. In the past I’ve written everything from ghostwritten op-eds to TV pilots, marketing material, and brand copy. I am now focusing primarily on brand copy, voice, and content.

I completed a joint master’s program in Global Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and USC. My studies focused on audience research, brand strategy, and celebrity fandom. I am a little sorry to tell you that I wrote my dissertation on why people care about celebrities using Kim Kardashian as my case study.

In my free time I write the newsletter Hippie Shit. I’m proud of the devoted subscriber base with a 76% open rate. It is a wellness and media-themed newsletter with recommendations for some of my favorite TV shows, movies, and books, plus all things woo woo— covering everything from ashwagandha to zeolite : ).
